The Administrative records include photographs of the College localities, examples of student work and prospectuses. The Teaching aids include items used to demonstrate techniques to students, these include printing blocks, lantern slides of printing equipment, Victorian Christmas cards and sample books. The Posters were used both for teaching and for display, they have been divided because of this dual purpose and the difficulty in defining the original use.

Court of Patrons papers includes correspondence and papers of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists President, the College Secretary and the Deputy College Secretary concerning the establishment of the Court of Patrons. The series also contains meeting minutes and papers (1982-1988), as well as records regarding the admission of M V Blank to the Court in 1996.

Correspondence files which reflect the changing responsibilities of the College Secretary, with records relating to the Journal, gifts and donations, and correspondence with other royal colleges and related bodies. College papers regarding Dr Ornella Moscucci's unpublished history of the RCOG (1987-1999). Also records concerning the Faculty of Family Planning (1976-1992) and Birthright, later Wellbeing (1985-2003), and papers of College Secretary's meetings (1996-2003).
