Papers of the London Branch of the Anti Apartheid Movement. The records are wide ranging and include minutes, reports, memoranda and correspondence, as well as publications and more ephemeral material documenting the many events and demonstrations organised by the movement. Although the collection relates specifically to the local and regional groups for the London area, the papers are equally concerned with the wider business of the movement, at both the national and international levels. Records of the Annual General Meetings, the National Committee and the Executive Committee are held as well as material from the London Committee and papers of local anti apartheid groups. The papers of David Kenvyn, chairperson of the London Committee and secretary of Redbridge Apartheid Group, reflect the regional and local activities of the movement, while papers from related organisations illustrate the extent to which the movement worked in partnership with other bodies.

Minutes and Documents of the Cabinet Meetings of President Eisenhower, 1953-1961 is a themed microfilm collection which includes copies of the minutes, memoranda, and supporting documents of the Cabinet meetings during the Presidential administration of Dwight David Eisenhower, 12 Dec 1952-13 Jan 1961. The meetings included discussions relating to all aspects of the domestic and foreign policy affairs of the United States. French Anti-Nazi leaflet, 1938, entitled 'Et Voici La Preuve', which disclaims the thesis that the Kristallnacht pogrom was a spontaneous, popular, outpouring of anger. The leaflet incorporates a facsimile of a document from the Kriminalpolizei, Vienna, headed 'Judenaktion' in which it is made obvious that Kristallnacht was organised from above.

Papers of Janina Fischler-Martinho, comprise a personal account of her life in the Cracow ghetto during World War Two, probably written in the post-war period, in which she recounts a story about a silver spoon which she discovered on a return visit to Cracow, and which was donated to the Jewish Museum in Camden Town, London.

Lodz Ghetto papers, 1941-1942, comprise copies of registration cards of Isaak and Martha Teich-Birken, confirming their entry to and departure from the Lodz Ghetto, Poland.

Papers comprise an account of Kristallnacht in Aachen, 2000, written years later by Erica Prean, who was 8 years old when the events took place.

Papers of Martin Lightfoot, mainly relating to his career from 1981 onwards. They include papers concerning his work for the House of Commons Select Committee on Education and from his time at Brunel University. The latter include lecture and teaching notes on public and social administration, school management, equal opportunities and education, multiculturalism in education and educational politics and government; material relating to the research projects 'Expectations of Higher Education' and 'Recreating Education: London and Education Reform'; and some general papers relating to the work of Centre for the Study of Community and Race Relations and the Educational Policy Centre. There is a good range of committee minutes, correspondence files and publications. The correspondence files approximate to the various departments although the contents of each one can be quite diverse.

Instructions for the Guidance of the Captains and Commanding Officers of Her Majesty's Ships of War employed in The Suppression of the Slave Trade (2 volumes, HMSO, 1892). Volume One includes general instructions for visiting, searching and detaining vessels, sending to port of adjudication, sheltering fugitive slaves, filling in forms and certificates, dealing with British vessels, vessels of no name or nation, vessels from West African states, and vessels covered by the General Act of the Brussels Conference. Volume Two lists treaties with states not party to the Brussels Act and provides special instructions for dealing with vessels from the Argentine Confederation, Bolivia, Borneo, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominica, Equator, Hayti [Haiti], Liberia, Mexico, New Granada, Uruguay and Venezuela; East African Slave Trade: Instructions for Officers of Her Majesty's Navy when employed on detached boat service (Admiralty, 1892), excerpted from the Instructions for the Guidance of the Captains and Commanding Officers of Her Majesty's Ships of War with added vocabulary of Swaheli (Swahili) phrases.

Correspondence, manuscripts, photographs, offprints and articles of Dr Milos Sekulich, 1924-1984 (mainly 1941-1984). The material relates mainly to Yugoslavia and Yugoslav, specifically Serbian emigre politics. Some of the major themes of the material are the conflict within the Serbian Orthodox Church in Britain caused by accusations of communist influence, attempts at commemorating and rehabilitating the memory of General Draza Mihailovic, attempts to publicise the Croatian Ustashi atrocities against Serbs and libel cases brought by Sekulich against other members of the Serbian emigre community. There is a small amount of material on his medical interest and research into tuberculosis.
